Visual Bug: Demotion Shielding

I've been in D5 for 50+ games, but recently (past 5-10 games) I have had the demotion shielding icon. I was at 0 lp and had a 5 game loss streak, where the last couple were played at 0 lp. Even after a couple of wins this icon has persisted.
