Dawnbringer Riven Border Misplacement/Size (Bug Report)

Well, as everyone knows, today Dawnbringer Riven was released and she has a special border that can be obtained by purchasing the specific Icon in the loot rewards. Sadly, the border is misplaced just like when Elementalist Lux was released. Lux's border was misplaced at first and it took a while to get fixed. I am posting here today to ask if Riven's Dawnbringer border can be placed properly to fit inside the loading screen character panel properly rather than going out of it? Thanks.
Also, I believe this is happening with Yasuo too.
