Riven Passive Stack Counter (Bug Report)

Ok so this will be a weird report since I don't have a video of showing what is going on, but once I record it I will upload it here.

Riven's passive has maximum of 3 stack right? Well, there is also a counter on top of the passive icon (Beside your skills) that shows how many stacks you currently have, so if you have none, there is a 0. If you are playing Riven and you disconnect (close the game) and then reconnect to the same game, the counter will not be displayed anymore for that current game. The only way you can know if you have stacks for your passive is if you keep a count in your head or if you look at your sword's particles (Dawnbringer Riven in my case, which has a blue glow in the center of the sword).

Just wanted to let Devs know so this can be fixed on Patch 7.13. <3
