[really minor] The "Download speed" shown on the patcher is actually upload speed

So this is something that I just noticed while installing league on a new computer, and it's not big, but something I thought I should point out.

I noticed that the speed shown by the patcher was really low for my download speed, so I pulled up Activity Monitor (I'm on a mac) and checked, just to make sure I was actually downloading at an acceptable rate, since I figured my antivirus program might have been updating or something. I saw that it was normal, but I noticed that the number shown in the patcher was almost identical to my active upload usage at the moment according to Activity Manager. I then decided to pull up a program I use to simulate bad conditions when testing games for reactions to bad network conditions, and forced it to lower my upload speed, but not download speed. It changed both of the numbers, and at not point did they ever show any more than a 10 kB difference.

Anyway, thought I should report this, though it really is inconsequential.
