[GAMEPLAY] Cant Move Camera with Mouse, Cant Left-Click - Mac User

I have been experiencing this bug for about a month now, but it only happens occasionally, almost random it feels like. When it does occur, I will load up into a game and after the spawn animation, I go to click open the shop and have to double or triple click the shop to get it to open. Normally its just one click to open the shop. Additionally, I can't use pings either since it requires one click. When I attempt to ping, I have to double or triple click and get a random Smart Ping. At the same time, I am not able to move the camera with my mouse. I always play with an unlocked camera and swipe my mouse to the edge of the screen in order to move the camera. When I deal with this bug, I have to play on locked screen to get the camera to move at all. I don't know if these are two different bugs, but one does not happen without the other. In the past it happened about once every 10 or 15 games, however, recently it has happened in my past 3 games. I didn't really see any patterns from game to game other than the bugs, so this is all the relevant info I have. I play on a Mac OS X - version 10.9.5 Also, for the mouse. Its a wireless USB mouse that I bought from BigLots. Hopefully I covered everything
