Patch 5.2 wont patch (266 mb stops downloading)(

Hello, so i was trying to reinstall league on my new computer. I installed league fine but when i came to patch it the patcher would stop at 266 megabytes left. This was consistently always at 266 mb and my kb/s rate would go from around 3000 to 0 which would basically cause it to stop patching. Please if there is any fix tell me as i want to play league ! Thanks in advance

they haven't even noticed the issue honestly. i head that if you download it to a usb and trasnfer to it to you computer it works
