Its about Tahm Kench interaction with tibbers

I'm unsure if it was tibbers passive that was applied because I didnt die both times.

If you eat tibbers, tibbers' passive will still apply on yourself (damage in a zone around him)

Can anyone check it? Didnt have the oportunity to check that in another game

Yes, this is intended. Persistent AoE effects, like Tibber's Aura, are meant to continue even if eaten by Tahm Kench. This also includes champion abilities, like Kennen's ultimate or Shyvana's W.
