Runes and Emoted deleted

So i went to play a game after an update and when i went into the champ select ALL my runes were deleted and then i went int game and my emotes were deleted too so i went to collection and opened the emotes and there where 3 po ups about the bug. IF someone can tell me whats going on that would be nice. O yea also noticed that when i re-open my rune pages they are all gone deleted after game same with emote HELP I CANT PLAY
