solary shows totally wrong numbers in german LoL

just check the "abklingzeit" or the cooldown. it says 22 sec which is totally wrong as you can see. "please post this in the german boards" the german riot ppl are lazy and cant do anything cause in the end they ask na riotgames if they are ALLOWED to even change the datas. legit board mods told me to just go straight to na cause here it will be fixed more quickly.
