Skin floating over site
Why has this not been fixed yet? It's over 1 year old.

Go start a custom match and mouse over to get rid of it, then leave the champ select with no penalty. I don't understand why it does this, but at least there's an easy fix.
For me I just view my champions under my profile, and mouse over the champion that won't go away, and it disappears.
