Login Error after recent patch

It seems that I start up the game and I go through the LoL patcher as usual, and it works fine. I click Launch and it looks to be normal, except for the fact that the Login Screen isn't showing up at all. I waited at least a minute, while it should take a few seconds. And it still didn't show up. I tried so many times and I ran a scan over it for corrupt files and it said it was fine. And I started it up again, being hopeful that it would work. Nope, that wasn't the case. I went to the Support for help, and I followed their instructions and it still didn't work. Infuriated, I tried their last ditch effort for fixing it, and it still didn't work. A friend of mine did the patch today too, and he could get to the Login Screen, but as soon as he would try to login, it would just kick him out and close itself. I just want to play the game, even though it is exam week and all. I feel like in terms of a form of exile. It's just really making me mad that I can't play it at all. Anyone else having the problem?
