Low Priority Queues Keep Resetting

I was put into a low priority queue because of a series of unfortunate crashes over a few days. This current queue had a 20 minute hold from the start. I came back from grabbing some water and notice that the queue hold time reset to 19:50 suddenly but the time I was waiting in queue (on the right) remained the same. This has happened twice now in my past 4 games.
