[Client] Trade buttons don't show for the person you are trading with in ARAM.

I've experienced this at least 3 times now, when I request a trade I get no response. I though people where just trolling but I just learned that its because the buttons for accepting and declining the trade don't show up for the person who receives the trade.

This also has the effect that the person receiving the trade is unable to re-roll his champion.

I've never been on the receiving end of this so I don't know if its true.
