[Gameplay] Tahm Kench

Tahms devour has a bug where if he has 3 stacks on either Sivir, Nocturne, or a champion with a banshees and they spell block the devour, it goes on a reset and then he can re-devour them. This is potentially a deal, he can eat way to much.
