I cast Annie Q at a Yasuo yesterday, and he tried to windwall it. We both thought the wall would block the projectile, but my Q went right through, damaging and stunning him. It's a projectile, so the expected behavior would be that the wall destroys it, but it didn't.

Q is not a skill shot. So i do not believe yasuo
wind wall will block it. But i could be wrong.

Interception effects only look at whether the incoming damage is a projectile. This includes Ashe W (skillshot), Ryze E (targeted), many ranged autoattacks (targeted), and so on. Skillshot vs targeted is not a factor. Annie's Q definitely has a projectile which should therefore be destroyed by this effect.
