[Gameplay] getting stuck in loading screen longer then intended.

When the game just starts. I dont see the screen until the 8-10 second mark. Making me unable to purchase my items fast enough to get out on the rift at the 15 second mark when the gates open.

I recorded one of my games and im loading in at the same time everyone else is. I just don't see the screen until 10 seconds have passed.my Fps or Ping remain unaffected.
