Chat dissappears when you change resolutions

I have 3 monitors so default is 5760x1080 (Which you still have shit support for btw...) and sometimes I change resolution to 1600x900 in borderless window mode so that I can see stuff on my other monitors while playing (not 1080p because the task bar overlaps the screen in that case unless I mess with my eyefinity settings). This used to work fine then today after the patch if I do that then the chat bar is invisible. I see in the notes that you did something to the chat bar in this patch so I assume that it caused this.
