[GAMEPLAY & CLIENT] - FPS drops & client problems

1. After few new ARAMS I must admit, that I have much more FPS drops.
2. After my last ARAM today this is what I was seeing at the start ---> first image But when client finally loaded that's what I saw ---> second image a) I missed notification about lvl up. b) I missed notification about reward for leveling up, c) I missed Honor vote screen, d) I missed after game screen with stats,

It wasn't any premade game from my side - I just went solo to ARAM.
