Spectating bug, may be urgent

OK. So, while spectating my friends one for all game, his team as bard and enemy as sion, I noticed, every time an ability or ward is used, areas on the screen quickly flash white on and off maybe 3 times. Idk if this can cause epilepsy, but I just thought you should know that this may be potentially dangerous.
