Skin Reroll Issues

I wanted to let someone know about a bug I've been having involving skin rerolls. I understand that if you get 3 skin shards in your collection, you can reroll them for a skin shard of a champion you own. The last two times I have done this however, I have received random skin shards for champions that I do not own (neither were they free to play that week).
