Sona Power Chord for Hymn of Valor (Q)

I have noticed recently from multiple games playing as, with or against a Sona that the first time Sona uses the Power Chord auto attack for Hymn of Valor in the game the game will freeze for roughly 2 seconds. I normally play with others and they have all noticed the same problem when it occurs.
