Window 10 update 1803 bug

I don't know if this problem is actually caused by windows update. However, seeing other programs fail to work such as Google Chrome, Avast Antivirus, etc., and the client working properly before the windows update, I have come to this conclusion that the problem is caused by the update.

The problem is that almost always when I play a game or leave the client for a while, I can't create a lobby or spectate another game. I have to relaunch the client and do so after every game.

If anyone knows how to address this issue, please let me know how to fix it.
