Cant start a game, reconnect to games, or spectate games help me please

My game crashed 5 minutes into playing, i tired reconnecting, restarting computer and client, shutting down my computer, changing wifi nothing worked screen just sitting on black. then the game finished and it made me say I Agree to never disconnect agian WHEN IT WASNT MY FAULT I COULDNT RECONNECT. So now after the game finished i go to spectate a friend and same thing screen just is black. Im afraid to start a game because im certain the same problem will occur again.

Please anyone I need help on how to fix this, I already tried to get help in help and support and got none, please i would like to be able to play league again.
