Morellonomicon application

It seems that Sona using Morellonomicon has an awkward bug where her Power Chord auto isn't applying it if it's the attack to bring someone down low enough to the health threshold, and the bug becomes even more common when using Lich Bane. It seems that if the auto brings them there with the lich bane that it's not proccing because it's the auto attack and not the power chord that brings them that low.
