Sated Devourer Self Applying on-hit effects

This has occurred to me a total of three times; twice on the PBE, where I reported it in the appropriate location, but it just happened on live servers in a custom game with a buddy of mine. This is a two part bug that I would like to cover

First; when using a "next hit" ability, the three champions used were Rek'Sai, Garen, and Leona. Each of them, their relevant ability is their q's. Both Garen and Leona were applying black cleaver and wit's end respectively to themselves with fully sated devourers. As Garen I had Chilling Smite , and Leona, Challenging . I would apply debuffs to myself as I was using q to reset my AA timer, and because it was my second attack, Devourer would proc, but when using an attack modifying Q, I'd also hit myself with the procs

Also, I was having on-hits proc when I used my Q against turrets, but that is a separate bug, and while still significant, I'm sure that fixing the prior bug would remove this bug as well. Thanks!
