error with the store

i have noticed after patch 4.21 the store has been incredibly glitchy. to the point where 1/10 times it loads for me. the other 9 times i get told to re log. and when i do the error is never resolved. but the odd time i do get it to work. there's a 20% chance my purchase goes through. the other 80% the dancing katarina freezes or vanishes indicating it has stopped processing. then i have to close the client and attempt the purchase again. i have done a full review on my PC and double checked my connected and confirmed it is not my software or hardware. is this the problem for anyone else? if so is rioting aware of it?
