[Client] Ranked Lobby Reconnect Button

1 Go into ranked and get through most of the banning phase 2 While in the lobby have your isp throttle your internet to zero for a split second and get disconnected 3 wait a seriously long amount of time close your client and restart it to hopefully connect to the match in loading screen on at the begining 4 Get fucked over by the client because instead of having a reconnect button pop up. There is no way for the client to deal with terrible throttling measures of isps in client and this shit just dropped me 14 places in my division WRONGFULLY. Why i shouldnt have the option to reconnect in the client interface like the pop up says when you disconnect for any reason?!

I literally was fucking 5th in my division about to start my fucking promotion seris but NO. the fucking client gets dced for a few moments b y isps throttling and i get shit on by leagues terrible ranking system
