Kalista Bug

I was in a game last night where my supp dc'd lvl 1 and anytime i tried to rebind to someone else on my team it stayed connected to thresh and just put on a 10 sec cd. This was really annoying btw because not only was the game a 4v5 we also only had 3 ulti's that could be used.
