Cast Times
What is the point of the cast times if they can't be interrupted or silenced??

To give the enemies forewarning that their opponent is using an ability, allowing them time to react before the ability is cast.
fair enough but what if my reaction is to actually stop the cast but it goes anyway. that ruins my opportunity to counter attack.
