Champions are killing Summoners

So most of us by now know that Summoners are being retconned from the lore. But how are summoners going to cease to exist for it to keep its continuity?

Easy and Riot has been throwing it in front of our faces all a long. The champions of the league are turning on them and killing them. Need proof?

Look at the bottom right of the pic. It's helmet. And who is looking at sion and wearing the helmet? WE are. Physically and figuratively no matter from where we look from or how we are always looking at scion from the helmet point of view.

anyway if you look at the bottom left and right you'll notice hands. Guess who's perspective we're looking at him from? First person. (US THE SUMMONERS).
