I can't seem to get the third twitch prime capsule (2019)

I used a free twitch prime account to get the 3 capsules (one per month) and i got the first two but for some reason i didn't get the third one, which is strange because i should've had it by 20 august for i got the first one the same day in june. Anyone knows if I have to do something about it? Or is Rito back at it again? Thanks.[slayer-jinx-unamused]
