Unable to connect to matches.

This is not the first time this has happened. I try to connect to a game and I get the screen I have linked. I tried to restart the client, same thing. I tried to restart my computer, same thing. I've suffered through NUMEROUS low priority queues because of this bug. I've also had instances of disconnecting in the middle of matches to find myself on this screen again when I try to reconnect. I don't really know what to do but I'm guessing I'm going to get another low priority queue.
