No Honor Capsule

I logged in today and when i went into game i noticed i had the honor 4 banner. I checked my loot and have not received the honor capsule or even the announcement saying that i reached honor 4 but it says on my profile i am honor 4. And if i have your attention, when are we gonna get a bugfix for conditioning rune? it doesn't add the correct amount displayed on the HUD
