(GAMEPLAY) game frezzes/flickers

1 or 2 times a minute my game frezzes. Here are some examples: -last hitting doesnt always show the gold i get or the minions simply desnt die. -every champ goes invisible and appears on another place -I cast an ability it shows seconds later -champs sliding without moving animation -whole minion wave slides without moving animation

BTW i have 120 ping at all times with 60 fps Im not the one of the video but my problem is the same

ive been having this problem since 5.14 path came out with the new HUD
