Bug [Gameplay] Garen can't Q the nexus with Youmuu's Gostblabe active

So l was playing Garen (love the update btw, gj Riot) and l tried to attack the nexus, and Garen just stood there doing nothing and this only happens when l have the Youmuu's Ghostblade active on, inhibs towers and every thing else worked just not the nexus. In case Rito needs to know l had a
Dead Man's Plate, Youmuu's Ghostblade, Ninja Tabi whith the Captain enchment , The Black Clever, Frozen mallet, Spirit Visage and a warding totem not upgraded , my summoner spells were Ignite and Flash. This has only happened to me twice out of about 14 games as Garen, also l was using the Steel Legion Skin
