[WEBSITE] Fizz Icon isn't loading

The icon( the close up on the face) found on the champion roster web page (linked above) is none existent, in place of the icon there is a light blue box this is again viewable on Fizz's champion page.

1.Load the either one of the web pages 2.Look at Fizz's icon

This issue persist on another browser and another computer and happens 100% of the time.
