Bilgewater Stories not counting stats properly.

I enlisted in my 1st story, then played as singed. I needed 1 win and 20 kils. .. My 1st game game was 12 kills, and a win. it did not count this, I had to play many other games to complete this.

Then i chose TF for my second story, played a game, it did not count this. I was at 0 succeed. I logged out and back in, and got prompted for my selection of story #2, Realizing that 200 minion cs in aram is harder than 500 in SR to obtain. I picked graves for my second story . I loged out logged back in, and saw my progress bar for second story.. O for wins, and CS. fine.

Played a game as taric, got 70 cs and 1 kill, loss game. Nothing registered towards my game. I logged out logged back in, same thing. 0 . I have completely lost the desire to pursue this event .
