LEC Finals quest not working.

Hello, me and several other players have problem with the LEC Finals quest.

For me it's that I watched LEC finals live and once VODs, but my quest progress never updated beyond 2/3 games watched. I never got any answer from Riot on the EUNE board, so I send the thread and problem here.
