I have been stuck in an URF loading screen for almost 30 minutes now

3 people have yet to connect, and nothing is happening. I've been waiting here for 30 minutes and the game still has not loaded in. Is there a glitch where if not everyone has connected, it doesn't load in?

URF just makes all the toasters come back to LoL for it's duration.
