Zilean - No Passive Description when spectating [Gameplay]

While spectating a recent game I moused over zileans abilities and found that his passive had the following text:

Time in a Bottle - BadDesc

I imagine that it's simply missing the correct text; whether its a linking issue or spectating has its own text files for all of the champion descriptions I don't know.
