[CLIENT] Unable to select champions or use dropdowns: Runes and Masteries

Hello I received a brief disconnect notice when I logged into the client however the client did finish loading as expected and chat and game select were working normally. I entered queue for a CO-OP AI game and was able to connect to other players.

However the champion select menu was blank and had no champions available, (I own 59) Even the search champion feature returned no results. The drop-downs for runes and masteries were also un-populated with info despite having several runes and masteries pages saved to my collection.

I did properly receive a leaver timer after I failed to select a champion, I re-logged the client and did not receive a disconnect error this time. Once the timer expires I'll try to join another game and post the result for consistency.
