[GAMEPLAY] Rapid Fire-Cannon bugged in TFT

RFC in TFT is definitely bugged. The main 3 champions I've had the bug on are Aurelion Sol, Nidalee and Volibear. I know some other people on here have said this too, but they seem to have very specific instances (i.e only happens on melees or only happens on every 2nd round) but for me it's just totally random! I've literally lost games due to my hypercarry having to walk in to middle of battle to do damage therefore making the RFC redundant and also making them vulnerable :( Please fix!
