[CLIENT] No champions show during champion select and it forces me to dodge

So this bug happens randomly, when I accept a game it takes me to an empty champion select. No matter what I do (yes I have tried turning it off and on again) nothing works, I have dodged so many games because of it and now I am being punished for dodging so many games when it is not even my fault.

Please fix this, I've had this issue so many times and have posted before and got no replies. It's not just me having this issue. When I look at someone else's thread THEY HAVE NO REPLIES
