[CLIENT] My runes have disappeared!

Another in-game bug I suffer from. When I accept a game, I get into champ select and the only available runes are the default runes. This is quite frustrating as it also forces me to dodge/play a game with non-optimal runes.

This happens randomly and the only way to fix is to restart the client (does not work 100% of the time)
