[GAMEPLAY] K/DA Akali's W cast sound can be heard from anywhere on the map while spectating

While spectating a game with K/DA Akali, in this case she was on the blue side, bottom left, I was able to hear her unique cast noise for her W - Twilight Shroud, at full volume, from any place on the map. Fog of War was activated, but for all teams, not just one side or the other. The Akali in question was on the opposing team to the player I spectated.

I discovered this by spectating a friend who was mid-game and happened to be against a K/DA Akali, and noticed that I could hear her W sound regardless of what place on the map I was looking at.

I'd try to reconstruct it by using a custom game and spectating with the same settings, a K/DA Akali who is standing in her base, while the spectator is focused, say, on the opposite team's base. (I'd try and reconstruct it myself, but I don't have K/DA Akali, don't know if it occurs with her other skins, and don't know of anyone who has K/DA Akali)

Every time the Akali cast her W while I was spectating that game, I could hear it from across the map.

If there's any other information needed that I might be able to provide, please ask and I'll try to edit or respond ASAP, but the information I have here is a bit lacking, because I wasn't focused on collecting information at the time, and only noticed it afterwards.
