Client Fails to Load

Nothing says screw the player base more than getting lever busted because the client fails to load. It's bad enough that ranked queues are always lopsided, but then you add this feature into the user experience.

There is no error, there is no warning, it just sits there until you get board. I would have restarted the game and attempted to get back in had I known there was a problem.

When I find another game that hold my interest, I will make a change. You do not address these issues publicly. You do not show any concern. I cannot believe that your user base is growing or even plateauing; not with this client, not with the poor rank queues, not with removing skill match-ups.

Yes, I am upset. I feel that I've earned that.
