Unable to Trade Champions

While in champ select of a Solo Q Ranked game on SR, mid lane and I selected each other's champions. When I clicked trade, I received an error and neither of us could perform the trade. I was desperate to get the trade to happen, so I paid no attention to the error message. I then dodged, rather than cause the whole team to suffer a loss.

Three things:

1. Clients should send error messages back to home automagically.
2. Clients need a "Dodge" button, or at least a team vote to dodge that has no penalty
3. Leaver Buster needs to have some smarts, and just like "shielded from demotion", honorable players need the occasional dodge for situations like this without fear of penalty.
