Attempt to join queue failed

Have had the League client crash 3x this morning since most recent update and now during the 'banning' phase for a ranked match the client got stuck, threw an error (that said it was League's fault) and when I tried to re-join a game it is now saying that 'Because I abandoned a recent game during champ select I am currently unable to join queue'

Has anyone else been having this issue since 6.7?
