Looking for a team (and some reassurance that a team makes things better)

So, I've been playing League for years now and mostly play ARAM. I just started playing Summoners Rift competitively. I have 6 wins and 9 losses so far, however, lately I've figured out my role (mid preferred) or jungle. I need a team that will be patient with me though since I'm just now getting into ranked. Getting tired of teams where between my support + ADC they are going 0-15 combined.
