"DC" followed up by League crashing.

Every once in a while this glitch happens where I disconnect even though I'm getting consistently good ping (35-50). Within about 3-5 minutes of that weird 20 second disconnect my game will crash. I can't expand on it because I don't know anything that would help and it only happens less than once a week and it's impossible for me to intentionally recreate it. When I mentioned that it was a glitch to my teammates, the Rakan on my team said he'd had it happen a few times too. This is about the 5th or 6th time it's happened to me and it causes about a total of 80 seconds worth of in-game time to be lost. I've also never had it happen after the 20 minute mark. That may be just because of my small sample size but it does usually happen around the 10 minute mark or some time during the early game.
